Learning must be an effective and enjoyable process at the same time. While less than 1% of romanian workers and interested in learning and development programs, we need to redesign training to appeal to their interests.

Our solutions is to use experiential learning activities to deliver memorable and impactful sessions.

Our game-based programs produce immediate and lasting changes in participants behavior and make
them more engaged in their own learning process.

Experiential learning programs allow participants to learn by doing, and not just by listening, reading, or watching as traditional classroom training.

They immerse participants in an activity that mimics real life challenges. New competencies are developed, existing skills are perfected and more information is retained.

People personally experience the results that come with applying their skills, so they are more inclined to do things differently next time.

Following a 4-step experiential learning process (experiencing, reflecting, conceptualisation and applying), people are able to apply their new knowledge back on the job.
