The activity resembles a decision-based boardgame running on teams of 3 to 8 people. Depending on their decisions, each team generates a unique story. Each choice corresponds to a seamless narrative thread. These narrative threads both have the role of leading the story and the action of the game further, as well as the role of giving feedback to the participants for the decisions taken in the previous round.

During the debriefing, starting from the proposed framework, participants plan their own process of change.
